When a student first graduates from college technically they have zero engineering experience. For instance, when you go on Grumman’s website to try and get a job, you will quickly notice that most of the positions are looking for 10-15 years of experience. If you need experience to get a job, and you graduate with zero experience, how the hell are you supposed to get a job? Its a frikkin chicken and the egg thing. You need a job to get experience, but you can’t get a job without experience. WOW.
