CMOS Battery - The Simplest Cause of Massive Problems

If your computer is having trouble booting, saving the date and time, or just operating abnormally the cheapest and quickest solution is to replace your CMOS battery. This little battery is responsible for keeping your BIOS powered, and without power there is no way your system can operate normally. The BIOS is responsible for Basic Input and Output of all computer components. Its like the central nervous sytem of your computer, and therefore is the fundamentally critical component.

If you are having problems the cheapest and quickest solution to try first is to replace your CMOS battery. :)
